Where was your health before and fitness at before you joined the program?

Heck i aint gonna lie it wasnt the greatest , i wasnt eating that good . i had just had a hysterectomy a few month back . so i was very in my own space . just going day to day eating what ever and when ever even if i was hungry .

Where is your health and fitness at now ?

oh ny gosh!! My health is so much better now . i have struggled a littlebit since i have had some issues after my hysterectomy . my thryoid is very low and my harmones was not great .great. But despite all that, i have kept on pushing myself to get where i want to be at. And even after the program is finished i am not gonna stop. Cause i only get this one body. | am gonna take care of it. | love how i feel after i work out. The sore muscles are a good feeling cause i know i had a good work out. And my eating habits have got so much better also. | have stopped snacking so much. | only eat at certain times and i have stopped drinking soda now for 3 months now. | started at 176, and i am now at 170. Which is still progress with the health sues i have had going on. | have lost a total of 4 inches on my waist and 2 inches off my hips. | am very happy about that

Anyone thats a little skeptical on joining the program what would you say to them.

Just do it!!! There is no reason to be skeptical it is very legit . My coach Emma has helped me tremendously. | have not regretted joining one time since i started. It has been a great experience, and i have learned so much during my training. | am still learning, and as long as you are willing to listen and actually try. You will get the results you want. It wont happen over night. Its baby steps i tell myself just one day at a time. You got this keep pushing
