My biggest motivation is to help people achieve their fitness goals- no matter what they are. Getting in shape can be intimidating. I’m on a mission to take the nonsense out of training and nutrition, by showing people how to easily meet their goals while having fun.
I began my fitness journey when I was 15 years old, and it’s changed my life. It’s been one of the greatest gifts I have ever given myself. It’s my meditation and my secret weapon for stress relief.
I’ve been helping people achieve their goals as a personal trainer since 2007. I am committed to sharing with as many people as possible the life-changing benefits of fitness/exercise.
