My biggest motivation is to help people achieve their fitness goals- no matter what they are. Getting in shape can be intimidating. I’m on a mission to take the nonsense out of training and nutrition, by showing people how to easily meet their goals while having fun.
I began my fitness journey when I was 15 years old, and it’s changed my life. It’s been one of the greatest gifts I have ever given myself. It’s my meditation and my secret weapon for stress relief.
I’ve been helping people achieve their goals as a personal trainer since 2007. I am committed to sharing with as many people as possible the life-changing benefits of fitness/exercise.

Who are these training programs for?
These programs have been designed specifically for the busy professional. We will help you build muscle and lose body fat, no matter your schedule or time constraints.
It's an app?
Yes it's an app! By using the app we will be able to monitor your workouts and nutrition. We do this by making sure you are staying on track with the program we have designed for you. What's great about this app is the accountability that comes with it.

Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! The programs are designed for all levels of fitness. We will teach you how to lift weights properly, utilize HIIT workouts, and use a nutrition program that you can use for the rest of your life.
What's the nutrition program like?
Plans will be tailored to your diet preferences, allergies, and eating schedule. As you progress, we will adjust your calories and macros every month in relation to your overall goal.
Meal plans only work if you stick to them, and that is why accountability and a diet customized specifically to YOU is so important.
There will be plenty of variety in the foods to help ensure that you follow an enjoyable meal plan while still making progress.
What is the work out plan like?
All workout programs are completely customized for you and your goals. All plans are updated weekly, designed specifically for your schedule, capabilities, and physical goals.
Your workout program will have the best and most effective exercises suitable for your needs.
Do I get communication with you?
Yes, once purchased we will be setting up a Zoom call to discuss your exact goals and how we can support you. From there you will be sent an email to download the app, and a nutrition and work out program will be sent to you.
Everything is tailored to your wants and needs, in the gym or at home.
I have injuries, can I still attend the program?
As long as the injuries aren’t major and your doctor has stated that exercise is safe for you, then we’re good to go.
Are these training programs designed by you?
Yes. I have been a certified personal trainer and online coach since 2007. I have worked with hundreds of clients on a 1-to-1 basis and have over 5,000 hours worth of experience working with clients in person. These programs are tried, tested, and are a product of what I believe to be the most effective way to deliver optimal results.
How do I know I will get results?
We have a guarantee attached with our program.
If you do not reach your goal in the time that we have agreed on, we will train you for free until you hit your desired goal.
