I'm Zachary Klassen. For over a decade I have worked exclusively with women 35 and older because this is where the real complexity lives. Hormones, metabolism, life demands. Generic programs do not work here.

I hold a Health, Fitness and Science Diploma from NAIT and have spent 15 years refining an approach built around women's hormonal health and real, sustainable habits.

Before you apply

How much does the program cost? Do you have payment plans?

We offer the program in 3, 6, and 12-month options at different price points so we can match the right level of support to where you are. The exact pricing gets covered on the application call.

How long is the program?

We offer 3, 6, and 12-month blocks. The 6-month program is what most women choose.

How long are the workouts? Do I have to go to a gym?

The workouts are built around your schedule and the equipment you have. We have clients training 20 minutes a day because that is all the time they have. We have clients training an hour. About 80% of our clients work out at home. If you prefer a gym, we build it for the gym. If you have a basement and some dumbbells, we build it for that.

Is there a meal plan? Do I have to count macros?

You will not get a generic meal plan because generic meal plans do not work long term. Your coach builds the nutrition approach around the food you actually eat and the life you actually live. For the first few weeks we usually recommend tracking. Not because tracking is the answer, but because most women find a real gap between what they think they are eating and what they actually are. After that, it depends on you.

Does the program include hormone testing?

The program includes a complimentary review of your blood work and hormone testing. You get the lab work done through your doctor or a local clinic. Our in-house doctor then analyzes the results, and your coach uses that information to build the nutrition and fitness plan around what is actually happening in your body. This is one of the reasons the program works for women 35+ when generic plans do not.

How fast will I see results?

It is body dependent. Most women see real changes within the first 4 to 6 weeks if they are doing what their coach asks. Faster for some. Slower for women with more complex hormonal situations. The program timeframe is built so you have enough room to actually see the change, lock it in, and learn how to keep it for good.
