With over 15 years of experience as a coach—and the past decade dedicated exclusively to helping women aged 35 and older—my passion lies in empowering women to feel strong, confident, and in control of their health.

I hold numerous certifications, including a Health, Fitness, and Science Diploma from NAIT, which has been instrumental in shaping my approach.
