We offer 3, 6, and 12-month blocks. The 6-month program is what most women choose.
The workouts are built around your schedule and the equipment you have. We have clients training 20 minutes a day because that is all the time they have. We have clients training an hour. About 80% of our clients work out at home. If you prefer a gym, we build it for the gym. If you have a basement and some dumbbells, we build it for that.
You will not get a generic meal plan because generic meal plans do not work long term. Your coach builds the nutrition approach around the food you actually eat and the life you actually live. For the first few weeks we usually recommend tracking. Not because tracking is the answer, but because most women find a real gap between what they think they are eating and what they actually are. After that, it depends on you.
The program includes a complimentary review of your blood work and hormone testing. You get the lab work done through your doctor or a local clinic. Our in-house doctor then analyzes the results, and your coach uses that information to build the nutrition and fitness plan around what is actually happening in your body. It is body dependent. Most women see real changes within the first 4 to 6 weeks if they are doing what their coach asks. Faster for some. Slower for women with more complex hormonal situations.
