My biggest motivation is to help people achieve their fitness goals- no matter what they are. Getting in shape can be intimidating. I’m on a mission to take the nonsense out of training and nutrition, by showing people how to easily meet their goals while having fun.
I began my fitness journey when I was 15 years old, and it’s changed my life. It’s been one of the greatest gifts I have ever given myself. It’s my meditation and my secret weapon for stress relief.
I’ve been helping people achieve their goals as a personal trainer since 2007. I am committed to sharing with as many people as possible the life-changing benefits of fitness/exercise.

Who are these training programs for?
These programs have been designed specifically to build muscle and/ or lose body fat. They are suitable for anyone, of all ages, who are looking to either bulk up or lose body fat.
It's an App?
Yes it's an app! By using the app I will be able to monitor your workouts and nutrition making sure you are staying on track with the program I have designed for you. What's great about this app is the accountability that comes with it.
How do I download the app?
Once you purchase the program you will receive an email with step by step instructions on how to download the app and get started.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! The programs are designed for all levels of fitness. It's a great way to learn how to lift properly, utilize HIIT workouts, and use a nutrition program.
What's the nutrition program like?
Plans will be tailored to your diet preferences, allergies, and eating schedule. As you progress, I will change up your calories and macros every month and adjust them accordingly in relation to your overall goal.
Meal plans only work if you stick to them, and that is why creating a diet customized specifically to YOU is so important.
There will be plenty of variety in the foods to help ensure that you follow an enjoyable meal plan while still making progress.
What is the work out plan like?
All workout programs are completely customized for you and your goals. All plans are updated monthly, designed specifically for your schedule, capabilities, and physical goals.

Do I get communication with you?
Yes, once purchased we will be setting up a phone call to discuss your exact goals and from there you will be sent an email to download the app, and a nutrition program and work out program will be sent to you.
Everything is tailored to your wants and needs in the gym or at home. All communication moving forward will be done through the app!
I have injuries can I still attend the program?
As long as the injuries aren’t major and your doctor has stated that exercise is safe for you, then we’re good to go.
Are these training programs designed by you?
Yes. I have been a certified personal trainer and online coach since 2007. I have worked with hundreds of clients on a 1 to 1 basis and have over 3,000 hours' worth of experience working with clients in person. These programs are tried, tested, and are a product of what I believe to be the most effective way to deliver optimal results.
